30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and design of our watches and want you to feel confident in your choice. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Lova Vion timepiece, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
For EU Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days after receiving the item, without providing a reason.

Original Condition: The watch must be returned unused, in its original condition, including all packaging, protective materials, and documentation.
Inspection: All returned items undergo a quality inspection before approval of any refund.
Restocking Fee: None.
Customized or personalized items: Not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process

Shipping: Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer depending on the reason for return and location.
For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days, return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or an error was made by Lova Vion.
Return Label: A return shipping label may be provided depending on logistics and case evaluation.
Refund: Refunds are processed after the item is received and successfully passes inspection.
Exchange Policy
We understand that choosing the perfect watch is a personal decision. If you wish to exchange your item for another model, style, or size, we are happy to assist within the 30-day period.
Exchange Conditions
Eligible within 30 days from delivery.
Item must remain unused and in original condition.
Return shipping may be at the customer’s expense; shipping of the replacement item is complimentary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective:
Report: Please email us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos or video.
Resolution: We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Shipping Costs: Fully covered by Lova Vion in such cases.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Refusing delivery of a package does not constitute a valid cancellation and may not qualify for a refund.
